Siyavaya adventures (Mpumalanga) Misleading

We visited Siyavayaadventures on the 14th December in Mpumalanga.We had a very unfortunate situation where we wanted to do archery. The team in reception told us the archery was R300 per hour, unlimited. Firstly we thought it was actual achery but it ended up to sort of playmake for kids maybe under 6 or so. As soon after we made payment we werr told that there was only 2 achery equipment and we said how do they expect us to particpate when we were 5 persons and all of us older than 18 years old. With 5 hours (one hour each) we would have had a very long day for 5 persons with one set of equipment. When we made our way outside we were told there was only one archery equipment hence we went back to cancel immediately. Since today we have not received our refund after the team acknowledge their mistake (admin team) and agreed for of our refund. Gift the Managerwe dealt wirh, 8s not respinding/taking calls.
