Poor customer service

I resonate with Nkateko - Terrible and dysfunctional. We called to book, were told to book online. Booking confirmed only to get there and they were fully booked. Offered us lunch, we had literally just ate so we rejected that. We were told we were going to be refunded. To this day I have not received my refund. Every time I have called (6 times in the 14 days) I am told, "we did it today, should reflect tomorrow" or "we are doing it today" - I still have not received my refund.
