Horrible quad biking experience. Very rude Manager

Maybe one of the worst services one can get. There are better service providers in the area for quad biking.

They have very old and damaged quad bikes that are not being serviced. They switch them on using a piece of metal that looked like a hanger.

1 broke down before our session and the instructor had to ride with one of us in the group. Another broke down 5 minutes in (session started 30 minutes late). Eventually the bike could not be fixed and we decided to just end everything there and requested a refund. And what a journey that was. The Manager "Khumalo" is very rude. No customer service principles whatsoever. He even teared up our receipt because we complained about their services and he told us to read the Ts&Cs even though it's their fault that services were not rendered and told us to go talk to his lawyers and the police if we want. Autocratic vibes from a mile away and very self obsorbed. He even told us his business will survive regardless of whether the customers are happy or not. Complaints are not very welcome there that's for sure.

Before booking with them read reviews. There are better service providers in the area.
