TERRIBLE SERVICE!! *********** STAFF!!!!

I am expecting a package that should have been delivered in March all readybut when I check the tracker it said it was returned to the deport I did not recieve ANY call from the driver that he is lost! Why was my contact details provided then??????? Service sucks *****.

Yesterday I called to find out when it will be delivered I was advised by an idiot called Riaan who took my contact details and alternative address and advised by him it will be delivered today. Today I checked the tracker and NO MOVEMENT! I called and was advised that the details was not changed by Riaan as advised and the parcel will not be delivered today as it is not an essential service. WHAT THE HELL?? Why did this Riaan person tell me it will be delivered today?? This is the worst damn service ever received by a courier company you guys are LAME & ***********. Be sure to expect a message from HELLO PETER.

I CANNOT WAIT TO RECIEVE MY PARCEL SO I DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS *********** STAFF.

CAN SOMEONE HIGHER ADVISE WHEN THE HELL I WILL RECEIVE THIS DAMN PARCEL.
