Poor Poor Poor Service!

If I could rate zero stats I would. Extremely poor delivery and customer service. My Spier wine delivery has been dispatched for days, it doesn't help tracking it via the website as it is labeled "out for delivery". Once you phone and enquire they have no concrete information regarding your parcel, you may aswell have phoned the local post office to find out what is going on. There are no guarantees when or even IF you will be receiving your package. Spier seriously needs to think twice before making use of them as a courier, it sours up the complete experience and it will make me hesitant to support Spier again if they are using this company to deliver purchases.
