No delivery - No service

I don't even think they deserve a star rating. I ordered wine from Spier and each time I query the delivery they have excuses. SWE doesn't answer calls. Spier does nothing to help with regards to the bad service of SWE. Very disappointing when a order does not arrive in time or at all. I have been waiting for about 18 days for my delivery. My order has been out for delivery since 7 June and from then on nothing happens. Can't believe Spier still makes use of this company.
