We left SWE for the lack of service previously Our company decided to give SWE a second chance and in doing so we have been so surprised As soon as a collection is requested , the emails from the SWE team start collecting in my mail box checking the prices for delivery advising if the charge is to high making sure to follow up every step of the way

as soon as the parcels are collected , they request the tracking numbers to prioritize the collections

And best of all No ****** items out parcels like other courier companies
