Extremely bad service!!!!!!!

<p>On the 22nd of December I was at the Postnet in Karaglen, I had a package that needed to be sent urgently to Hartenbos in the Western Cape, I paid almost R2 000-00 so that it would be delivered on the 23rd of December. It was not delivered as promised and as we tried all through Friday (23 December) and Saturday (24 December) to get through to their offices (which was futile) the courier in George had the audacity to ask an extra R1 300-00 for delivery!! They then phoned my son-in-law to say that he must go pick up the package in George (why did I pay so much then)!!! After much back and forth calling between the Postnet at Karaglen and the operations manager in George the courier services finally promised to deliver in Hartenbos by 19:00, well guess what........it was only delivered at 21:00!!!!!!! </p> <p>This is totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!</p> <p>Is this how they do business????????<br />I am extremely disappointed and will never ever do business with them again!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
