Charged for Unrequested Service -I am being ******

On the 6th of October at 1:11pm I booked a collection from Jhb and advised \Please will you collect 1 box tomorrow from a supplier in Jhb". I did not at any point state that I wanted early bird or express delivery. If I require this service I state it in my emails - very clearly and give date and time delivery must be made.<br> This delivery was just a pick up. The box was picked upon the 7th October and delivered to me after 12 on the 8th of October"
