Driving School ****** me money of my 2 lessons and truck leasing for my testing and they say no refund

<p>I registered with Siyanqoba Driving School in Midrand. I took a package that says I will do 15 lessons and it included truck hire which is 600...They have been on and off with the lessons but on the 2nd of November they told me to go to the traffic department to go register for testing and i was left with 3 lessons..they gave me 1 lesson the day after and they said they will give me 2 more lessons on saturday (5th of Nov).. On the 4th I tried to call the owner which is the person that was giving me lessons (Patrick Zuma) but his phone was off..i tried again on the 5th,his phone was on but he was not picking up..I called the office and they said they will call him and get back to me but they didn't..I called again and they said he told them that he will call me as his truck was broken but I never heard from him all day..I tried to call him over and over again but there was no answer...I had to call another driving school for 2 more lessons and truck hire and i have to pay them...on the slip of Siyanqoba it says there is no refund but it is not my fault that I had to call another school.I need them to refund me the 600 for truck hire and 160 x 2 for the lessons left..Please assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>Owner Details :</p> <p>Name : Patrick Zuma</p> <p>Cell Number : ********** </p> <p>Tel : ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>Address : 6 South Road</p> <p> Halfway House </p> <p> 1685</p>
