Siyakhula does not deliver

Siyakhula stokvel is the worst company to deal with, I wanted the rent to own option for my sisterthey sent me a list of cars I chose one, they asked to send docs and that I pay a deposit and I did, when they were suppose to deliver the car, they told me that the car was faulty and I had to choose another car I had to pay an additional.amount and when they were suppose to.deliver the car they didn't, I sent a number of emails complaining I even sent an MD an email and they just don't respond I approached the ombudsman to complain and they told me that they are cancelling the deal and they will give my full refund, the finance department sent me an email saying they will process payment on the 22 August 2019 but they never did.I have sent numerous email complaining and still nothing, I have paid a total amount of R22500 to this company, all I want is my money back
