SENDING OF MATERIAL WITHOUT ORDERING

I was contacted by Siyakhula with a promotional package on degreaser. After discussing the product I was informed that I can purchase 4x 5lt degreaser. I requested your sales person if I can only purchase 2x 5lt as it will be for a trial run for our company before we purchase any more. He told me it would be fine and forwarded me the invoice. An order and payment was arranged for the invoice I received which was for 2x 5lt degreaser as I had requested. Herewith see attached initial order with invoice and proof of payment as well as delivery. I was not contacted again till recently when one of your sales representatives informed me that I had received the incorrect amount of degreaser. I told him that according to my records I requested only 2x 5lt's which was delivered and paid for 31.07.2015. Suddenly a box arrives at my office without me requesting more degreaser as this product in not sufficient for the type of work we do. I was contacted by you several times and every time I said that I did not order this second batch and therefore this second box needs to be collected. This secunda box is still sealed and this second invoice will not be paid as we did not request more degrease
