Selling under false pretences

This company contacted Fama Delicatessen in June 2015 offering toners for office printers that were more cost effective, and ultimately cheaper per page. Gave them a chance and asked that they send Fama an order. They sent the first order, one single printer toner in black for our Samsung printer for the price of R1,936.86 incl. This was an astronomical amount for a single black printer toner which we normally pay R599 incl, even if it prints double the amount of pages. Anyway, fool me once, shame on you. Decided we would never use them again. Couple months later get a courier company knocking on our door with another printer cartridge from Siyakhula Products which definitely wasn't ordered - sent the courier back with the parcel. This happened again about a month later - sent back once again. Get a phone call from Siyakhula Products asking why we were not accepting their parcel. Informed them that we did not order any more cartridges from them. Get told that it was part of the initial order and that it was already paid for. Rep**** that in that case to send the order, which they did. Now we are getting obnoxious phone calls from an arrogant Paul at Siyakhula asking for payment.
