pay for unwanted stuf, bad attitude from manager

Like so many people on hello peter, siyakhula contact me for cleaning materials, we took it and pay for it. Today I received a phone call from them to say they made a mistake the rest of my order will come. Very friendly at first, but when I told Lee that No body said we must take 2 orders and we don't want it because the product isn't what we want, his attitude change completely. He said that we must pay for the order even if we don't want it because it was suppose to be 2 boxes. Is there any body else who had this situation and can give some advice?
