Forced buying of non-ordered items

This Company sent us stock we did not order. We have tried to return it since the day it arrived. They have phoned us and been abusive and threatening on the telephone. Someone calling themselves 'Jacques' promised to send the telephonic recording of the order. To date we have not received it. They threaten us with lawyers and credit listing.
