Force to buy unwanted Products

Giving Incorrect prices over the phone. Force to buy unwanted products. Sending a second batch and refuse to received it back. They doesn't give me a chance to respond and dominates the conversation constantly.<br> The courier company left the product in front of their office in their premises. I wont take any responsible for the product that will get lost
