Don't order from these people!!!

The same happened to us as to all the other complaints. We received an order we had made. A month or so later double the quantity arrived, not ordered, A week or 2 later the phone calls started. No amount of logical discourse swayed them. I asked for a copy of the recording where we had ordered this 2nd batch, they sent us a recording which was unrelated,The calls became more insistent & then threatening, today a final demand letter came demanding payment, with interest added & threatening legal action. We sent them an email back telling them that we will not be paying for their product & that we will no longer be engaging with them telephonically. I also attached a copy of the 30 odd complaints from Hello Peter<br> <br> I think its their move now. Lets see what their next trick is, I know we still have a few..
