Be Warned! This lot are completely ***********!

<p>Where to even start... This company, if one can even call them that ( they have no physical address apparently. If you google them, they do not exist... Their address belongs to another company), is quite possibly the worst I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Their customer service, or rather complete lack thereof, is vile. Their agents have no clue how to deal with customers ( again, not the correct term to use but the only one that works), and their telephone manners leave quite a bit of room for improvement! I have been threatened, yelled at, the phone slammed down etc etc Just DO NOT deal with them! If you try, as we are, to return their unwanted product- within the 5 days as allowed by our very own NCPA- you either get laughed at or ignored. They told me they do not "follow that law" . The MD for our company has handed over the matter to lawyers, and we have advised them as such, however they still harrass me telephonically. I have spoken to 4 different people, and all of them as rude as the last. The only names I can recall are Lerato and Tracy. A gentleman by the name of Warren assured us we could return the product, however his staff obviously work on their own accord.. Just be prepared for a hefty battle if you are sucked into their scheme! I've never wanted to scream so much in my life...</p>
