BAD BUSINESS ETHICS - ****S

These people get someone to phone and spin a story regarding their product.. They tell you that they have a special with 2 toners, then all of a sudden they don't have any left and force you to take 3.. They then hound you for payment, making threats etc.<br> In the meantime of have discovered from my usual supplier that they are cheaper than Siyakhula.(and this for the genuine product)<br> Then I received a call to say that I ordered 6 toners and they will be sending the rest... At no point in time did I do this... I told Frank that and also mentioned that I can get the genuine product cheaper. I will also not be ordering from them again.<br> Lone and behold I have received a delivery from them... (if i was here I would have returned it there and then)<br> Now I tried to call them and no one is available and you can not even speak to Zane the owner of the company.... He does not deal with such queries. I wonder why? <br>
