I wanted to build a extention to my house. Found this company registered on BARK.com and had very good reviews. At the start the owner of the company was very helpful and arrived on time for every meeting we held to get a quote. The quote was very detailed and we were impressed. The quote stated that the building will not take longer than 2 months to finish. A 70% deposit needs to be made at the start, then a further 20% during the building process and then 10% upon completion. He started building in April 2023 and all seamed to go as plan for a month. After that everything started to delay. From the roofing, wall plastering, electrical work, plumbing etc. Excuses starting to arrise like, transport problems, workers claimed not get paid, suppliers are ************* or have no stock, builder does not respond to messages, builder does not commit to arrangements **** by him. It was never ending. It is now end of November 2023 and the building is still not completed. Furthermore we have paid 90% of the quote and we are left devistated with an incomplete building project. I urge you to NOT use this company for any building projects or renovations. They take your deposits and do not commit. STAY AWAY!!
