Took the money - no delivery

Bryan advertised the sale of Segway Hoverboards, when approached asked for a R 1 750 deposit balance to be paid on delivery. Once deposit was made then requested a further R 1 000 before they would deliver. I refused to make further payments without delivery. Requested a refund.<br> <br> Spoke to Bryan, spoke to Joseph no refund no delivery for nearly a month now.
