Dont care about the customer

Really poor attitude and false promises. I order fascia boards to match the decking I purchased from this. I was told that the color I needed was not available but they can paint the board they have in the color I needed and the order would be ready today but I needed to pay immediately which I did.

I received a call from a sales lady yesterday ,telling me that the color was Moca and that its ready I advised that its wrong and that they treating the boards to the right color. She was to call me back never did, I called Marius the person I placed the order with he confirmed all is on track and the goods would be ready today at noon. He mentioned the right color paint was on its way. I followed up with a confirmation message to him.

I called today to check an was given excuses that they waiting for the right color and if the timelines doesn't meet my deadline we will gladly refund.

I then asked that they refind me for the fascias and board and I was told rudely in an demeaning manner that I am a " very intelligent person"

He then gave the phone to the owner of the business before expressing my concerns and when I told him I will write a hellopeter response he aggressively mentioned he is refunding the money.

I am stuck with the wrong board and no fascia after spending R30K.

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.
