They do not refund the deposit.

I rented a car on August 8th at the Sixt Rent a Car branch at Cape Town Airport. I had to provide a deposit of ZAR 4,683.43, and the refund period was supposed to be 14 days. It has now been almost a month, and I still haven’t received my refund. They do not reply to emails and are completely uncommunicative — this is unacceptable!

Do not use this company’s services. I need an urgent solution.
