Terrible Service and No Refund From Sixt Car Rental

I rented a car from Sixt two weeks ago, and to date, I have not received my refund. Their phone line is not working, and there has been absolutely no communication from their side. This is unacceptable for a company that claims to provide reliable service.

Future customers, be cautious before trusting Sixt with your money. The lack of transparency and poor communication is highly disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience
