Unbelievable company. They charge €39 PER FINE to "Process" the fine. *** does that refer to? Sending an email and filing a document??

Absolute ******ion. And this is before I even get a chance to confirm that the 3x fines are 1) legitimate (I haven't received anything from the actual authorities) and 2) not defensible. The details I've been given seem illegitimate, and I just have €117 taken out of my account!!!
