SANI SIXT SHARKS

My vehicle broke down. Had it towed to Bloemfontein. Arranged transport to the airport. Sani Sixt Car Rentals were still open. Service received was brilliant. Asked how long I would be renting the vehicle for. Rep**** 10 days. Asked how many km per day I would be doing. I estimated 100km per day. Off I went as a happy Sani Sixt Car Rental customer. Paid R6300-00 rental and R3800.00 deposit. 4 Days later I manage to arrange a new vehicle and have to collect it in Worcester. I contact Sani Sixt Car Rental to inform them i will be dropping the car off in Cape Town. Told it is okay they charge for a one direction drop off. I accept and happily drop off the vehicle after 5 days rental and having done 1300km instead of the allowed 500km. Receive a computer-generated Invoice with a zero balance. I do a little arithmetic and calculate that the hire of the vehicle initially would have been R600-00 per day including 100km free to R1800-00 per day and 260km per day with a one-way charge of R1400-00. I have queried it with Sani Sixt Car Rental, and they just say it is what it is. I know that Car Rental Companies are known to suck every last cent out of you but this is ridiculous. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE SANI SIXT CAR RENTAL SHARKS
