SANI Refusing to pay my deposit back

The car was delivered to my place when the @Nissan hire a car for me and deposit was paid from my pocked. now when its time for them to return my deposit back it a lot of story that are coming up. my refund is still not yet paid. they tell me that they don't deal with cooperate bookings.
