Six Fountains Driving Range (CLUBVIEW)

We arrived at Six Fountains Driving Range (CLUBVIEW) just before 1pm on Thursday the 29th of April 2021 with the main purpose of washing our Double cab bakkie so parked our bakkie in line to get a full wash, we seated ourselves and waited for about 5 minutes before being asked by our waitress if we would like to have anything to drink (The waitress is and always has been friendly) so we ordered a round of refreshments about an hour went by and we ordered a basket as well as one more round of refreshments.

A Honey sucker (It clears drains and sucks out human feces from blocked pipes/septic tanks) made an appearance AT LUNCH TIME the stench was HORRIBLE.

The two middle aged men at the table next to ours asked the waitress why the owners didn’t summon the Honey sucker early morning before Six Fountains Driving Range opened and her reply was: “The manager says that if you want to complain about the honey sucker then the people need to stop using the toilets here”. This is horrible management and will kill a business in less than six months.

About an hour after the honey sucker left our food arrived but upon arrival the sauces provided with the food were cold and some items originally advertised in the basket were replaced with other items (No one told or asked us if this was okay or if we wanted to order something else).

Unfortunately the worst was yet to come, I went to check on the status of our Double cab bakkie and after a whole 2 hours they had not even started to wash it yet, this was when I became a bit agitated and called the manager to explain the situation to him, they told us that they would not take payment for the wash and refunded the R90 for the wash, I went over to the car wash area to collect our Bakkie and the staff at the car wash were giggling and laughing in a mocking manner the one man then loudly said “they see the line and wait 2 minutes before they complain” I had a mini meltdown when he said this and called him out I said in my own words “Two minutes? You mean two ****ing hours! Don’t talk *** to me”, this man then immediately played the VICTIM CARD and openly accused me of using the infamous K-WORD, I walked over to their supervisor who was sitting 5 feet away from us and asked him if I had used that very special VICTIM “K-WORD” and he acknowledged that I DID NOT. We left and will most probably never ever be returning to SIX FOUNTAINS DRIVING RANGE EVER AGAIN.

I tried calling the only number that I could find online for Six Fountains Driving Range 18 times to let the owner know what is happening at his premises but My attempts were unsuccessful.

When you spend R460 at a place you expect service.
