Extremely disappointing service from Sivo Multimedia

Extremely disappointing service. We did not receive the service that was originally promised, so we requested a refund. Two months later, the refund has still not reflected in our account.

Despite contacting Sivo Multimedia almost daily via messages, emails and phone calls, we have received very little communication or assistance. They stated that they wanted to discuss the matter with us directly, yet they have repeatedly failed to respond.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and we are still waiting for both our refund and a clear resolution.
