Terrible service

What a bad service. All they care about is sales. Stay away from this agency. We bought a house through Cameron, and the condition of buying the house was that the outside rooms need to have a plan. He assured me that the was a plan. Upon moving, the owner said the rooms dont have a plan. Secondly, two days after the move,power was cut off and the agency is the one that appointed the electrician,Tshepo. He issued the ECC only to find that the plugs had wires outside,and eskom said the reason why it was cut it was because of ******* connection. Till today,we dont have power. The money from the tenant hasn't been received and Cameron and his manager have been in meetings. When I ask him question,he never has answers. I'm still waiting for the plan for the rooms. The toilet in the outside rooms doesnt flush, the taps are leaking.
