Sithebe realty agents a ****

im writing this with a broken heart , im so hurted and disappointed with the agent that we used Nondumiso who is an agent at Sithebe realty, she helped us to sell our flat we thout she was helping us neither did we know that she is putting us in a deep ocean ....

when we were selling we had a shortfall of levies and rates when we doing the process we advised her that since there is a shortfall of that amount we are not going to be able to process everything , she then said to us we must not worry because after registration we are going to get money from the bank for the 4 years we have been paying , neither did we know that we are by led astray ...

even today she has the decency of lying to us that the bank we were using it will give us the amount . Lat week our flat registered and she called us saying Saturday we need to move out but within 7days we are going to get the money ,7 days have passed then i called her asking what is happening , she then confirmed that we must go to ABSA to query this. we called Absa we were told there is no such thing she is saying

the way im so disappointed is that we used all our money last week because we tout we are going to get the money from ABSA as she said mind you even now i still have recordings saying that we are going to get money ...

today my child is not at creche because of her i am going to the police to file a case against her ...
