Developer and ABSA OMBUDSMAN

I would like to call out developer and ABSA ombudsman to intervene in the development that was done in Pretoria(Thorn gaderns/Thorn Valley)... The houses are falling apart but yet the developer is already building new houses across. The situation is very bad and worse the developer is very rude doesn't want to come and fix the mess he left here!! Last time I check since I was approved by ABSA home loan what I know is before I sign they suppose to bring an inspector to come and inspect but none of that happened, imagine having to pay for a house that is already falling apart
