Sitebuilder makes you lose business!

<p>I have a free domain at Sitebuilder.com and therefore, they should have renewed the domain automatically. Today I found out that my business' website has been down for 5 days because my domain expired (which it did not). Firstly, they do not even have the decency to let me know even IF they were right (which they are not). Secondly, when I started to engage on this issue, the best I got was "We apologize for your inconvenience, the developers will fix this and it will take 24 hours". The 24 hours reply was repeated 3 times when I did not accept it. I can do nothing from where I am sitting except to get out of my contract asap.</p>
