After multiple communications dates from 03/03/2016 and after Sitebuilder confirmed on the 11/03/2016 that they will refund me they still failed to do so. To make matter worse they even deducted $9.98 today 22/03/2016 from my account without my consent. <br> <br> This is ***** and should not operate if this is the way they conducts business. <br> I trust that I will see a refund of all monies.
