Deleted my Website and Account for no reason

I spent 2 months building two sites on [URL Removed] and when i purchased the package at a 70% off discount my account and websites i was building just got deleted, now no one will get back to me, their contact number is not working, EVER! and I have lost out on so much time and effort after convincing my boss this was a good idea to manage our website's SEO tools. I am distraught about the work i am unable to get back, it's not like i could have backed up my online account?<br> Its been 3 days now since my first email and attempted contact.<br>
