Unauthorized subscription nenewal.

I had a website created through Site123 and indicated that I will not renew because the website was not working for me. Without my concern they deducted a higher subscription from my account, and when I query they charged me 30%. My money was refunded minus 30% whereas I have not authorized the deduction. Because I wanted nothing to do with website, I had no option but to agree to a decreased refund. I never requested activation.
