Terrible service

Sisters at Work and Mbali Nhlapo provided a shocking service. I reached out to Mbali and she has not come back to me, nor refunded me as requested. I paid R2250 for a training service over 2 days to train my new helper. On day one, Mbali spent her time mostly shooting content in my house and making noise. My kitchen was left in a mess which I had to clean up myself. My house was left untidy with cleaning cloths and spray bottles left all over. She arrived late and also left early. On day two she sent someone else to train my helper on "laundry". This lady was also late and also left early. The lady she sent messed up my daughters neatly packed draws and also when asked about stain removal, she asked my helper to help her to fix her Whatsapp so she could ask Mbali for videos because she said she did not know what to do.
