Save your money- frustrating experience

What a pity… Mbali is so talented and her expertise in cleaning is impressive. Her business acumen on the other had, left much to be desired. As a result, I would not recommend. First, her company did the “deep” cleaning which was not cheap. I landed up cleaning myself as I found dust in my drawers and my floors still filthy. Not to mention her grumpy staff, I get the sense they are not happy to be working for the company, likely taken advantage of. Anyway, Mbali said she would give me a discount as I landed up cleaning myself. She then was doing two days of housekeeper training. First day was great. Second day, she didn’t pitch! She sent one of her employees who too, was grumpy as anything. When I told Mbali that it was HER expertise we were paying for and please could she come, after following up multiple times during the day, she eventually pitched just a half hour before the training was over. I was not going to write this review, however, I sent Mbali a message with some feedback and constructive criticism which she ignored only to respond a day later to request payment (which we had already paid in full despite this poor service). You’re better off watching her Tik Toks for tips. Save your money.
