Disappointing service by Mbali

My experience with Mbali and her team was so disappointing. She assigned untrained staff which I was expected to pay a full fee for and ignores any feedback given on the staff. Disappointing that she is ranted and raved about on social media, however the service she provides leaves little to be desired. Somebody said just end it on TikTok and don’t give her any of your money…it really is true, she doesn’t deserve it
