Disappointed

I'm not gonna lie the cleaning service was good and was considering using them on a regular basis however things went downhill when I ordered her book and some cloths and they never arrived. They were supposed to come with the ladies who were here to cleaning and was told they were out of stock and would get them the following Monday, this was on the 1st of July and ever since then it was excuses ir she's just say "tomorrow" , she eventually stopped answering my calls and texts. It got to a point where I had to grab her attention by going to her Tiktok page (obviously she deleted the comments and blocked me lol) i guess she realized i won't back down and eventually refunded me. I'm disappointed in her after "sales" service and felt disregard, disrespected and taken for an idiot as a client.
