Negligence

My 79 year old father went to Sister Lea step down after a hip replacement operation. The staff were disinterested, he was cold and there was no hot water. The worst though was that he fell over a walker that had been left in the way during the night. No one came to see what was going on. I took him out the next morning and no one phoned me or even returned my calls.
