Frail care facility is dire need of better service

My mom inlaw was admitted to SR lea sub-acute, Florida, West Rand after a long hospital stay. The facility is substandard. The attending doctor did not get a copy of her file (Carin omitted to print this out for him - he was not aware of her dietary requirement, recent operation).

Paint is peeling from the walls, the toilet in the bathroom was broken for a week, with no one knowing when it will be repaired. The staff said it is better for patients to rather wear nappies. They claim to offer 3 nutritious meals and 3 snacks per day! That is an understatement. The food was dry, did not take the patient's dietary requirements into account. The staff, particularly carin and the main Sister did nothing to instill confidence in the care they were supposed to offer. We moved my mom in-law, as we were not confident that she would ever leave the facility. I would not recommend it at all.
