What excellent service

We bought a Sistema water bottle, which worked really well until it fell and the lid broke.<br> I e-mailed two of the local retailers (Mambo's Plastics and Plasticland, who also should be recommended) and it was then passed on to the local distributors who immediately sent me a new lid, no questions asked.<br> <br> Wow.<br> <br> Thanks guys.
