Shocking Pool Repair Service

<p>I awarded Sisonke Magic Pools the job to fix leaks and resurface my pool with fibreglass. The person that I dealt with was Norwich Mdlalose. I paid 50% of the quoted price and he commenced the job. He “completed” the work and left site and we paid him the outstanding balance. The next day water started to leak into the pool from the stair area. This was when the difficulty started. On closer inspection the following problems were found:</p> <p>1) The quality of the painting was very poor with paint runs all over the surface</p> <p>2) Poor quality fibreglassing in some areas</p> <p>3) More than one area started to leak</p> <p>I made contact with Norwich and he made many empty promises to rectify the problems. He refused to answer his telephone on many occasions. He did answer when I used other persons phones where he was not fami**** with that number. He eventually came to site and did a terrible patch job of the leaking area. The paint used over the patched area was mismatched and the paint did not dry after many days. Also in the subsequent days the paint in the rest of the pool started to change colour and the leak returned. I have tried on many occasions to contact Norwich and he does not answer his phone and when he does he hangs up when he finds out who it is. I have since had to get another company to fix the poor quality workmanship at more than 50% of the original job cost. To date I have not received my proof of payment of certificate of guarantee.</p>
