Sisonke burial Society the worst
My mother paid for 25 years for her cover at sisonke R315 and when we tried to claim we were told that her cover doesn't include printing of programs and grave marking and the R7000 cash payout just burial: 😞 we had to pay for the death certificate R500 grave we paid R3540 and program we didn't care about the Porsche cars they drove us in we cared about the dignity of our mothers funeral and the customers service being offered to us you made my mother's funeral arrangements hard on us not easy I feel like avbob would have done a better job than you i would never ever recommend your company to any one when I asked why do they false advertise i was told the old owner died and the son took over and changed things but did not let the old customers know about the changes so please old customers please go check your cover and see what you are paying for take care of your customers and their needs in this hard time in their life we are not just numbers but people going through a tough time in their life show you care😞

Claim for burial
I went to claim for my sisters burial They say my payments are not up to date but they are.And that they I can't have cash if I don't take their service ... I also wanted to claim for groceries they still say my 6 months hasn't reached not understanding how because I joined November

Bad Service refusing refund
My account lapsed last year Feb 2025 due to unemployment So when I get my money in my account they deduct even though the account is no longer active. I tried cancelling the account as they requested but still go into my account and deduct. Now I want my money they hang up their phone or don't pick up . They ignore my massages . They have the worst service

I tried cancelling the account as they requested but still go into my account and deduct. Now I want my money they hang up their phone or don't pick up . They ignore my massages . I am having a bad experience with this services. In two consecutive months my account has been debited twice and despite countless number of calls no action and always promised that my email with my statement has been escalated to the insurance but still nothing. I want my money back and cancel my services.
