After they receive their commission, you'll be left alone. You wont get the keys to the house and youll spend more by apply for eviction.

They are money driven but no connection with people. Houses are peoples dreams, they wont make that experience nice for you, especially as a 1st time buyer. You'll hate buying a house if you buy through this agency.
