POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

So I'm still so disappointed in the service I got bought a abyss faulty and broken when I opened it contacted them immediately spent alot of money and still sitting with nothing at all. Quick to take your money but if what u get is faulty they are nonchalant about resolving your issue I mean this is almost a month later you have my money I have no mod :(
