Bad service from a once trusted name

Used to love this company even recommended it to friends before my last encounter. This company does not care about return customers, new customers be ware if you are new you get a letter welcoming you to their phony family. But when you return a simple question about when a parcel is shipped is turned into an argument where im antagonized. Ive emailed the company "heads" and i get generic answers templated to shopify AI. Wow i then found out if i ordered it 2 days later it would still arrive the same time at a lower cost. New customers beware! You are only valuable if you are new business. After paying for the item you are degraded to second class customers. Ive brought 4 vapes in 2 years from these folks.
