Sir Tar Civils

Mark from SirTar started a driveway for me and delivered the gravel then asked for a further payment. I paid him a total and never heard a word from him again! He is ignoring all my calls and messages and blocked me on his Whats app.Their office no. also not answering. He ran off with about R50k of my money. Be VERY carefull of him!!
