Don't ever use SirTar

Mark was very professional in his initial dealings with me but once the tar was in and we were having issues with it, he just does not come back to us. It has now been 5 months, the tar is breaking up, and he now just ignore our calls or say that he will be here tomorrow or the next day but never ever pitch. It is such a pity as we would have liked to have given him more business but the quality of his workmanship has a lot to desire and his after sales service is non existend - even though he claims you get a 5 year warranty.
